Came in for Father's Day to have breakfast with a group. I don't get the negative reviews, maybe it's dinner but breakfast was awesome. Chicken tenders were run of the mill typical for kids not impressive but kids never complain lol. but the breakfast burger, the two egg sandwich and fries were amazing. The breakfast potatos were perfect, drop some salt and couldn't ask for anything better. The Alfredo was delicious. Sauce tasted house made which you find at higher end, pinch of salt and pepper and it spanks all mid range Italian restaurants. And honestly for the price you can't find better. Keep this quality up and the prices down and they will be a staple in Flint for many many years to come

We had a great experience. We stayed in the hotel, had dinner here on a Saturday night. The staff was super friendly. Food was excellent, and reasonably priced. Cocktails were delicious, however they didn’t arrive until after our main courses. The server kept assuring us they were coming. Food came out fast. In a very cool old space, former bank, the huge vault is still in the bar area.

It was a great experience..It was the server's 2nd day on the job and she was outstanding 👏I ordered 3 appetizer for $25.00 and a glass of house wine.I would definitely go back next time I fly in.

We had a great experience at Sauce in the Hilton Garden Inn downtown Flint. We ordered several different dishes including pizza, the soup of the day, pappardelle with Bolognese, lasagna, and chicken parm. Everything was good overall. One of the sauces was a little lacking in flavor, but the atmosphere and service were both great. Very enjoyable dinner and we would come back.

I had the Italian Eggs Benedict here, and they were simply outstanding—easily the best I’ve ever had, and I try them at restaurants all across the country. The flavors, presentation, and quality were flawless. What stood out just as much as the food was the experience as a whole. Julie and Ellen were fabulous—warm, attentive, and genuinely joyful in their service. The restaurant itself is spotless, stylish, and creates a unique atmosphere that makes dining here memorable. Kudos to the chef and the entire team for their passion and dedication—you can taste and feel it in every detail. Highly recommend this place, and I’ll definitely be back!
